The Galaxy S8, S8+, Note 8, S9, and S9+, these are the Samsung‘s product which features iris scanner. Otherwise, there’s no native support for iris scanners in Android.
A report from XDA Developers stats that the next major version of Android (Android P) may bring native support for iris scanners to smartphones and tablets. A company named Fingerprint Cards AB that provides fingerprint readers to a lot Android smartphone brands, including Google, Honor, Huawei, and Xiaomi, is also trying to incorporate native support for iris scanners in Android’s codebase.
