We all are excited to know the name of Google‘s next-gen Android OS version. Google has released five developer preview of Android P but didn’t reveal the name instead letter “P”. The name is still a mystery. We are waiting for the official launch of Android P with a good name. The latest rumor is surrounding that Google will soon officially reveal the Android P. According to the popular tipster Evan Blass, Google’s Android P launches on August 20 this year.

Blass hasn’t shared any other details except an image. The image shows an event and the date doesn’t look unrealistic. The Pixel handsets will be the first smartphones to get the Android P when it debuts. Google also announced that the Nexus models — Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, and Pixel C will not receive the upcoming upgrade.

However, Google is yet to announce the launch date for Android P. But the leaked launch date also looks correct because the Android 8.0 Oreo was also launched on August 21 last year. So, there’s a possibility for Android P would debut this August.
