Last month, Asus had launched the 6GB RAM variant of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. Now, the company has launched a new Zenfone Max Pro M1 Blue color variant in India. Earlier, the Max Pro M1 was launched with 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM option in India in two colors, Deepsea Black, and Grey.

The new ZenFone Max Pro M1 blue color variant will be available in India from Thursday, August 30. The device will be available through Flipkart in three variants 3GB RAM, 4GB RAM, and 6GB RAM, at a starting price of Rs. 10,999.

The handset features a 5.99-inch Full View Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with support for 85% NTSC color gamut, 450-nits brightness. The display has a contrast ratio of 1500:1 and a screen aspect ratio of 18:9.

Under the hood, there’s a Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM + respectively 32GB/64GB/64GB internal storage. The phone as also supports for microSD card.

Zenfone max Pro m1 doesn’t feature custom interface ZenUI. It runs a pure version of Android 8.1 Oreo OS out-of-the-box. Means it offers stock Android experience.

For connectivity options, the device includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and micro USB 2.0 port.

The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery that offers up to 199 hours of music playback, up to 25.3 hours of Full HD video playback, up to 28 hours of Wi-Fi browsing and up to 42 hours of 3G talk time. The battery has also support for 10W fast charging and it takes only 2.42 hours to charge the massive battery.

The smartphone also features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security. It has also support for Face Unlock feature.

In terms of optics, the ZenFone Max Pro M1 includes a dual rear camera setup. The primary 16MP sensor has a f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor has a f/2.4 aperture for depth sensing. The dual rear cameras also offer faster autofocus, PDAF, and 4K video shooting. While on the front, there’s an 8MP sensor with a Softlight LED. The front camera has been optimized to capture selfie shots with enhanced bokeh effect.
