Café Coffee Day

Café Coffee Day also known as CCD is an Indian café chain owned by Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company. The Amalgamated bean coffee trading company (ABCTC) is a Chikmagalur. The Chikmagalur is a district in the Indian state Karnataka and here ABCTC grows coffee in its own estates of 12,000 acres (4249 hectares). Since ABCTC is the largest producer of Arabic beans in Asia, it also exports there product in various countries including the USA, Europe, and Japan.

After taking coffee we’ll visit an athletic club so I need a shoe. I think Bata will be good. Do you know about Bata? I hope you had purchased shoes from shoe manufacturer Bata.

Bata was one of the world ’s first shoe “manufacturers”; founded by three siblings with a small inheritance in the town of Zlin, Czechoslovakia on August 24, 1894. It was a team of stitchers and shoemakers that creates footwear for distant retail merchants.

Now we are at an Athletic Club and the name is Mohun Bagan A.C.

Mohun Bagan A.C.

Mohun Bagan A.C. is one of the oldest Indian football club founded in 1889, based in Kolkata. Seriously, it is older than some of the European giants like Chelsea, Man City, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, and PSG.

On September 25th, 1977, Mohun Bagan A.C. played a friendly match at the Eden Gardens against the star-studded New York Cosmos (a team from the original North American Soccer League). The team had some legendary players such as Pelé, Franz Beckenbauer, Carlos Alberto and Giorgio Chinaglia. But the Interesting thing is the match ended with the score a 2-2. The Indian players receiving a lot of praise for their performance in this drawn match. Moreover, it was only a last-gasp penalty from the striker Chinaglia that denied the Indian club a historic win.

Now Its time to return home so I’ll go by train (India Railways). Everybody travels by train but do you know about India Railways?

Indian Railway manages the fourth-largest railway network in the world by size. It has a total of 1.4 million employees which are more than the population of some countries such as Trinidad and Tobago, Estonia, Mauritius, Bahrain, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Vatican City and more.

Before reaching the home I’ll also go to a Bar. Indian belief in sharing so I’ll also share my whiskey with you. India also shares abound 40-45% whiskey with the world. Meaning, India guzzles more than 50% of the world’s whiskey.

According to Quartz.com report, India is one of the world’s biggest guzzler, owing in part to its large population. Interestingly, most of the whiskey is made by UB India. The UB India is also the world’s largest whiskey company by volume. Bigger for Bigger. Since we care too much, so we don’t allow you to drink too much, we’ll drink more and little for the rest of the world.

Finally reached home and its time to make the moment romantic (Someone to love). But before romance, the fact is Indian housewives hold 11% of the World’s gold. It is more than the reserves of the USA, IMF, Switzerland and Germany put together.
