Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Rear-Facing Fingerprint Scanner

There is a lot of rumor about Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Especially about their Fingerprint Scanner. A recent rumor has been claiming that the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 may come with a front-mounted fingerprint reader.

According to a popular Chinese leakster, @Ice Universe, Samsung and Apple are both facing difficulties in placing the fingerprint scanner under the screen. The problem actually has to do with the brightness of the display as the area around the scanner is brighter than the rest. A newer report from South Korea reveals that the Galaxy Note 8 will be featuring a rear-facing fingerprint sensor.

According to a report, the Galaxy Note 8 would be coming with an easily accessible rear-mounted fingerprint reader. Instead of keeping it on the right side of the camera lens (as seen on Galaxy S8 duo), Samsung may place it towards the center of the device.

About placement of Note 8 camera rumor suggest that Note 8 phablet would becoming with a vertically aligned dual camera system.

The Investor also claims that the Samsung will be unveiling the Note 8 on Aug. 26 in New York. It is also expected that it would be the first smartphone to be fueled by Snapdragon 836.
