Absolutely Not. You must be an Amazon Prime member to purchase Prime Day deals. However, if you’re not a Prime Member there is a solution: Amazon offers a monthly and yearly membership. Currently, Amazon is also offering a special offer for Amazon Prime membership(Rs.329 for 3 months) where you can get a membership at a cheap price.

Except for special offer If you join Amazon Prime, you’ll have to pay Rs.129 for a month and Rs.999 fora a year. After becoming Amazon Prime Member you can shop Prime Day Deals without any restrictions.
