Honor is reportedly preparing its first dedicated gaming laptop, featuring Intel’s Core i7-14650HX processor paired with Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5060 GPU, according to a leak from Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station.
The prototype is said to ship with 16GB of DDR5 RAM and either 512GB or 1TB of SSD storage, with early hands-on claims noting that the cooling fans ramped up to full speed under load, hinting at hardware tuned for heavy gaming and productivity workloads. The device may launch under the working name “WIN Gaming Laptop,” tying into Honor’s existing WIN smartphone line, though this is not expected to be the final marketing name. The same leak also mentions that the next‑gen Honor WIN 2 smartphone has entered mold testing, indicating early hardware development is underway as its core specs and peripherals are still being finalized.
Honor has previously teased that a gaming laptop is in the pipeline, with company executive Zhu Chencai stating in December that a new gaming notebook was nearing release and would serve as the official machine for the Delta Force Professional League sometime this year.
