Vivo X300 Ultra, X300s, Pad 6 Pro Specifications, Launching March 30

Vivo X300 Ultra, X300s, Pad 6 Pro Launching March 30

Vivo is getting ready to drop a big launch in China at the end of this month, with three new products lined up: the Vivo X300 Ultra flagship phone, the Vivo X300s, and the Vivo Pad 6 Pro tablet. These devices have had their RAM, storage, and color options leaked ahead of time, giving us a pretty clear idea of what to expect before the official event.

Launch details

Vivo is expected to officially unveil all three products on March 30 in China. According to the leaked internal screenshot sales could begin just a few days later, from April 3. This suggests a quick rollout especially for early adopters who want the latest Vivo flagship as soon as possible.

Vivo X300 Ultra, X300s, Pad 6 Pro RAM, storage, and color options leaked

Vivo X300 Ultra: the flagship

The Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to be the top-end model in this lineup. It is rumored to come in four memory variants: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB with 512GB, 16GB with 512GB, and a high-end 16GB with 1TB storage option. That last version, with 1TB storage, is likely targeted at power users who store a lot of photos, videos, and games on their phone.

One of the standout leaks is that the top X300 Ultra variant may support satellite communication which can help with connectivity in remote areas where normal networks are weak or unavailable. In terms of design, the phone is expected to arrive in three colors: green, black, and silver, giving users a mix of classy and modern finishes.

Vivo X300s: a powerful sibling

The Vivo X300s appears to be a slightly more affordable yet still premium sibling to the Ultra. It is also tipped to come in four configurations: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, matching the memory options of the Ultra on paper. This means buyers can still get flagship-level RAM and storage even if they skip the very top model.

Color choices for the X300s seem more playful. The phone is expected in green, purple, white, and black, appealing to users who like brighter or more stylish finishes. Reports also suggest that while the X300s will launch in China first it might later arrive in India with a different name – possibly Vivo X300T – aimed at the local market.

Vivo Pad 6 Pro: the tablet

Alongside the two phones, Vivo is also preparing the Vivo Pad 6 Pro a premium Android tablet. The leaks indicate up to five RAM and storage combinations: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB. This range covers casual users who mainly stream content as well as heavy multitaskers or creators who need more memory and storage.

The Pad 6 Pro is said to come in blue, purple, and gray color options. These shades make it suitable for both work and entertainment setups whether you use it with a keyboard or mostly for media consumption.

Global availability

Right now, there is no clear confirmation on full global rollout for all three products. However, leaks suggest that the Vivo X300 Ultra has the highest chance of launching outside China with an international release expected sometime in Q2 2026. Details about global availability of the X300s and Pad 6 Pro are still uncertain and may depend on market strategy and demand.
