Oppo K14 Plus 5G Goes on Sale in India: 8,000mAh Battery, 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED, and Dimensity 7360 Max from ₹25,999

Capitalizing on the opening rush of India’s festive shopping season, Oppo has officially commenced retail sales of the Oppo K14 Plus 5G across the country. Initially unveiled in late September, the performance- and endurance-focused smartphone is now available for purchase via Flipkart and the Oppo India e-store.

Designed for heavy smartphone users who refuse to compromise between display fluidity and multi-day battery endurance, the Oppo K14 Plus 5G features a massive 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, a high-resolution 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Max processor, and a rugged quad-tier IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K ingress rating. While the standard retail price begins at ₹29,999, an introductory launch-day promotion offers an instant ₹4,000 bank discount, bringing the effective starting price down to an aggressive ₹25,999.

Festive Pricing, Bank Discounts, and No-Cost EMI

To maximize competitiveness during the concurrent Amazon Great Indian Festival and Flipkart Big Billion Days shopping events, Oppo has introduced instant bank markdowns across all three storage configurations:

Available color options include the vibrant Solar Orange and the minimalist Star White.

8,000mAh Battery Reserve with 45W SUPERVOOC Charging

Battery performance is the primary selling point of the Oppo K14 Plus 5G:

• Two-Day Endurance: Backed by an 8,000mAh high-density power cell, the handset delivers up to two full days of standard screen-on usage, handling intensive video playback, social media browsing, and multi-hour GPS navigation without intermediate charging stops.
• 45W In-Box Flash Charging: Unlike competitors that omit the wall adapter, the K14 Plus includes a 45W SUPERVOOC fast adapter in the retail packaging, replenishing the massive cell from empty to 100% in approximately 95 minutes.
• Slim Profile: Despite housing an 8,000mAh battery, Oppo’s structural engineering maintains a manageable 8.4mm thickness and a balanced weight of 207 grams.

6.78-Inch 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED Display with 3,600 Nits Peak

The display hardware delivers an immersive viewing and gaming experience:

• 1.5K Ultra-Clear Resolution: The 6.78-inch flat AMOLED panel offers a 1272 × 2772 pixel resolution (1.5K) with a pixel density of 450 PPI, ensuring sharp text rendering and high detail in streaming media.
• 144Hz Fluid Refresh: Operates at a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, backed by a 240Hz standard touch sampling rate that scales up to an instantaneous 4,000Hz touch sampling rate in Gaming Mode for lightning-fast touch response.
• 3,600 Nits Outdoor Legibility: Hits a local peak brightness of 3,600 nits, ensuring comfortable visibility even under harsh, direct afternoon sunlight.
• AGC DT-Star D+ Glass: The screen is shielded against everyday drops and abrasions with AGC DT-Star D+ protective glass.

MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Max & 5,000mm² Vapor Chamber Cooling

Performance is driven by a custom-tuned MediaTek processor built on TSMC’s 4nm node:

• Dimensity 7360 Max Architecture: Features an octa-core CPU layout (four Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores at 2.0GHz) paired with an ARM Mali-G615 GPU, generating an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 950,000 to 1,000,000 points.
• 5,000mm² VC Liquid Cooling: Sustained gaming sessions are managed by an expansive 5,000mm² vapor chamber cooling system, curbing thermal throttling in competitive games like BGMI and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.
• Memory Expansion & 6-Year Smoothness: Accompanied by up to 6GB of virtual RAM expansion and backed by Oppo’s lab-tested 6-Year Smoothness Protection, ensuring long-term UI responsiveness over extended ownership cycles.

Oppo K14 Plus 5G: Official Specifications

50MP OIS Camera and Industrial-Grade IP69K Durability

• 50MP Primary Camera with 2-Axis OIS: The rear dual-camera array is headlined by a 50MP primary sensor (f/1.8, 79° FOV) equipped with hardware Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), delivering blur-free handheld night portraits and smooth 4K video recording at 30fps. A 2MP secondary sensor handles background depth mapping.
• 16MP Front Selfie Shooter: Housed in a centered punch-hole, the 16MP front sensor captures natural skin tones and supports 1080p video calling.
• Quad-Tier Durability (IP66 / IP68 / IP69 / IP69K): The phone’s “Damage Proof 360 Armour Body” provides total ingress protection against water immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes (IP68), direct high-pressure water jets (IP69), and high-temperature steam cleaning washdowns (IP69K).

Competitive Context & Buyer Recommendation

In the sub-₹30,000 price segment, the Oppo K14 Plus 5G enters a direct clash with heavyweights like the Poco X8 5G, Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, and Vivo T5x:

• Why Choose the Oppo K14 Plus 5G: Its combination of an 8,000mAh battery, a razor-sharp 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED screen, and IP69K sealing is unmatched at this price point. It is tailored for field professionals, students, delivery executives, and commuters whose priority is multi-day uptime and rugged build quality without carrying an unwieldy, thick brick.
• Trade-Offs to Note: The auxiliary camera setup is limited to a 2MP depth sensor (omitting a dedicated ultra-wide lens), and charging speeds cap out at 45W-meaning a full charge requires around an hour and a half due to the sheer size of the battery.

With open sales now underway across Flipkart and the Oppo India e-store, the ₹25,999 promotional entry price makes the Oppo K14 Plus 5G one of the most compelling endurance-focused smartphone purchases of the 2026 festive season.
