A Curious case
Brought this machine only because it’s IFB.
Initial impression:
The material used looks premium
Looks quite good
Buttons on front are not so clicky as it should be considering the price.
Delivery was good and on time.
The installation service is only on weekdays.
WiFi frequently connect/disconnects so you will be getting too many notifications
I haven’t tried Alexa yet.
Washing Quality is Good bit, not that extraordinary.
Still, I will continue with 4 stars.

Amazing machine
Ordered on a prime day. My first front load machine. Works flawlessly and amazing. With wifi connected, I could control from anywhere. The app notifies when the wash is complete. Works well with Alexa voice support.

Best Washing Machine I have used. Wi-Fi and Alexa have added advantages.
Till now I have owned Videocon(Top loading) and LG ( front loading) washing machines and used Bosch, Haier machines in my uncle’s house. By far the IFB washing Machine is best and easiest to use. I am giving this review after 1 month of smooth operation.
Even though the first IFB machine delivered was having physical Damage and needs to be replaced. The replacement IFB washing machine was commissioned in time and the demo was good. However, IFB technicians need to better train in WI-FI and
Alexa operations.
The Wi-Fi facility has made life very simple, as the status of the machine can be seen from the app itself. However, the app can be made more intelligent by giving end of wash cyclic alert. The Alexa interface needs more tuning. More skills are required to be added to Alexa.
