The entire team of RAW in the film did a great job in this operation and they should have been shown equally on screen but the entire focus of the writer and director was on Akshay Kumar. It seems as if only Akshay Kumar has been glued to the screen. Huma Qureshi’s role was small but brilliant and strong but the director could not enhance it like other actors.

Many scenes of the film manage to shake you up and make you emotional. Every scene is meticulously shot. From the beginning till the end of the film, you would wait for that thrilling moment that would give you goosebumps, but unfortunately, this moment does not come.
As soon as the climax enters the film, it gets neutralized soon. The sandstorm action scene at the airport can be shot with more drama and action as it is filmed. This scene is the climax of the film but it does not give the climax experience. Set against the backdrop of the 80s, all those things like costume, fashion, and make-up as well as equipment and sets have been specially taken care of. Talking about make-up, the way Lara Dutta has been given Indira Gandhi’s get-up is really commendable. Ranjit Tiwari certainly deserves praise for portraying Lara Dutta as Indira Gandhi.
