As we all know that Reliance Jio GigaFiber is coming up with high-speed broadband services. Mukesh Ambani has already confirmed the launch of the service. But so far the details of the plans for which the announcement has not been announced. At the launch of GigaFiber, the company had said that this service will work on the basis of users’ interest. The company has launched this service in this month (August 2018). It can be estimated from the fact that in August on the basis of the registration/response by the users, the company can announce its plans in the next month i.e., and from which state this service will be started from. There’s also an expectation for Jio GigaFiber Preview Offer as like Jio telecom service.
Jio GigaFiber Preview Offer
If you remember, at the beginning of the Jio Telecom service, the company had given a 3-month free preview offer to the users. Under this, users got the free services of Jio for 3 months. Based on the response of the users, it is estimated that the company can do so with Jio broadband plans too. The company may introduce it with the Jio GigaFiber Preview offer, which will give users free services up to 3 months. However, these services may not be free and may also be based on the effective price. As such, users will have to pay some amount in the beginning and later the amount will be refunded.
Initially, all subscribers of Jio GigaFiber can be eligible for Jio GigaFiber Preview offer. The preview offers will be for 3 months only. Under the offer, users will get 100Mbps download and upload speed. With this, 100GB of data will also be available for monthly FUP. Jio will also provide additional data as data top-ups for consumers. If the user consumes more than 100GB data in a month, then with the help of data top-ups, he can avail of 100Mbps speed.
The main highlight is that these top-ups will be free. Each top-up will have 40GB of data for the user. However, it can’t be said that how many top-ups, one user can use in a month. At the moment, there’s no info about the plans for Jio GigaFiber broadband. We’ll have to wait for the official announcement about the plan, from the company.
