Finally, LG has launched its latest smartphone LG Q8 (2018) in the Q-series of devices. The new LG Q8 comes with a FullVision display. It also features Hi-Fi quality audio, DTS:X 3D Surround Sound, and Hi-Fi Quad DAC. It also comes with a built-in stylus.

The LG Q8 comes at a price tag of 539,000 won (∼$470) and will be available in two color options Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue. The smartphone will soon be available for purchase in Korea but there’s no info yet about its availability in any other region.

The phone features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) FullVision display with 389ppi pixel density. It comes with a Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor, paired with 4GB of RAM. The device has 64GB of native storage and also it has support for an external microSD card up to 2TB.
For photography, the phone includes a 16MP rear sensor with LED flash and phase detection autofocus. While there’s also a 5-megapixel snapper with 100-degree wide-angle lens for taking selfies and video calling. The device has also a Portrait mode and QLens.
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box with the company’s own custom interface on top. The phone packs a 3,300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology support. For connectivity options, the device includes 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS / GLONASS, and USB Type-C 2.0.
The’s a fingerprint sensor on the back panel of the phone for added security. Further, the device has MIL-STD 810G certification for military grade build and is also IP68 certified that makes it water and dust resistance.
